These terms govern your use of talktoyourcmo.com, our members area, and all digital products sold by Talk To Your CMO ("we", "us", "our"), including the AI Marketing Machine agent kit, skill packs, and membership subscriptions.

By purchasing a product or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Products and delivery

Our digital products are delivered via download through the members area at talktoyourcmo.com/members/. After purchase, you create an account using the email address you purchased with. Products you have purchased will appear in your dashboard.

Products are provided as downloadable files. We use Google Drive for file hosting. You are responsible for downloading and storing your own copies.

What you get

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the product files with others. You may use the outputs (marketing content, strategies, plans) the product helps you create for any commercial purpose.

Memberships and subscriptions

Recurring memberships are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal linked in your members area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.

Founding member pricing is locked at the rate you signed up at for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and resubscribe, you will be charged the current rate.

Refunds

One-time purchases: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Subscriptions: No refunds for partial billing periods. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login with others. We may suspend accounts that show signs of credential sharing or abuse.

AI-generated content

Our products use AI (specifically Anthropic's Claude) to help you create marketing content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before publishing or using it in your business. We are not liable for any consequences of content you publish.

Requirements

The AI Marketing Machine requires a Claude Code subscription (sold separately by Anthropic). We are not affiliated with Anthropic. If Claude Code changes in a way that affects our product, we will provide updates to members as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions of third-party software.

No guarantees

Our products are tools and educational resources. We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, or outcomes. Marketing results depend on your business, market, effort, and many factors outside our control. Any examples, case studies, or projections in our marketing materials are illustrative only.

Intellectual property

All product content, skill files, guides, templates, and marketing materials are our intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a license to use them, not ownership. The marketing content and strategies you create using our products belong to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
